Important Note About Returns

During this unprecedented health crisis, we are devoting 100% of our resources to shipping potentially lifesaving cleaning and disinfecting products to those on the front lines. As an “essential business,” our entire team is operating at full capacity, and we want to protect our employees from exposure to COVID-19 as much as possible. Therefore, we are temporarily not accepting any returns in an effort to reduce the chance of bringing contaminants into our warehouse facilities. However, please note that we are offering an unlimited return policy on all Zogics branded products, and you will be free to return any such products once we’re able to return to normal operations.


We carefully develop our own products and search high and low for products that give you and your guests the best possible experience. In short we take pride in our work - which is why we offer a 100% happiness guarantee.

  • New, undamaged, unused products can be returned within one year for a full refund (excluding shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees) with no expiration date. Return Window: The return window starts at the time of successful delivery. The return window for new, undamaged and unused products is one year from the time of successfully delivery. The customer must simply begin the returns process within the return window time frame.

If we made an error or your item(s) arrived damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record if possible. Save any shipping cartons, boxes and the damaged product, and fill out our Return Request form (temporarily disabled, see above note). We will work with you to replace the damaged goods at no cost or further inconvenience to you.
